Ingenico 5100 Countertop Credit Card Machine

The Ingenico 5100 Countertop Credit Card Terminal is a secure and user friendly credit card terminal with enough flexibility to cover most merchant needs. With an easy-to-use, 15 lines per second thermal printer, a high speed modem and a powerful processor, the Ingenico 5100 is designed for fast transactions and short lines. To give you flexibility, the i5100 works with both Dial-up and Ethernet, and can also be fitted with a WiFi module.

The Ingenico 5100 was designed for fast credit and debit card acceptance. A long magnetic stripe card reader with tracks 1, 2, and 3 increases credit and debit cards first pass read success. Transaction information is processed quickly (33.6K bits per second) using a V34 modem that works in all dial-up environments.

The Ingenico 5100 is also configurable with Ethernet and dial-up back up to provide optimal authorization responsiveness. A simple keypad and large bright backlit display with 3 screen addressable keys make it very easy to use. The Ingenico 5100 is also extremely secure. It is Visa PED approved for both on and offline. A DES and 3DES integrated PINpad provides secure PIN entry for debit and EBT transactions. Other security features include MasterSession and DUKPT key management, and an EMV 4.0 certified Level 1 and 2 smart card reader. The Ingenico i5100 is an advanced, powerful, and flexible payment terminal that provides a single solution for electronic transaction acceptance for retailers and restaurants.
